This site is operated by Envision Realm Consulting LLC, a New York limited liability company. The site is informational in nature. The only personal information collected by this site is the information you choose to submit through the contact form on the Contact page.
Information submitted through the contact form — name, organisation, role, email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message — is delivered by email to the practice and used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
This site does not use marketing cookies. Standard server-level access logs may record IP addresses and request paths for security and operational purposes; these logs are retained only as long as required for those purposes.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. Submissions that do not result in an engagement are deleted within twelve months unless retained for legitimate business reasons.
You may request a copy of any personal information held about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted, by contacting the practice through the contact form on this site or by post to the registered office.
All engagement enquiries are treated as confidential by default. A non-disclosure agreement is offered as a matter of course on every engagement. Information shared during the introductory call, the engagement itself, and after engagement close is held to the standards a regulator or internal audit committee would expect.
Engagement terms, including scope, timing, deliverables, day rate or fee structure, and confidentiality provisions, are documented in a written engagement letter signed before any work commences.
The content of this site, including text, design, layout, and the Envision Realm name, is the intellectual property of Envision Realm Consulting LLC. No part of this site may be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
